They were able to come and quickly address the flooding that was happening at our house within the hour at 1am. They also made sure to check all the points where water could hwv been trapped properly and dryers were placed in all the needed spots. The report was also very helpful since it detailed everything with images.

We had a water leak early in the morning (4:00am). We woke to standing water in most of the house. I called Rebound and Todd was at our house in less than an hour. He and Aubrey were so great! They took care of everything - even us and our pets 🙂. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They were wonderful - can’t recommend them enough!!

I had leak which caused water to seep through the foundation and into the carpet in my closet. It started smelling pretty bad and I was afraid of mold issues. I called Rebound Restoration and they were quick to respond and start the whole drying process. In about 2-3 days the smell was gone and everything dried up. Todd was friendly, response, and attentive. I was also having problems with insurance and they were patient enough to wait for the problems to be resolved. Thank you for the help in the times of need!

When my husband and I experienced water damage at our home, Rebound Restoration came to do the cleanup and arrived about an hour after we called!
